T. J. Connolly serves as Executive Vice President & COO at HollyHills Development. As Executive Vice President, T. J. works directly with Daniel N. Bailey, President & CEO, on all company projects at the multi-family, single-family home and Master Planned community development company.
A 1985 graduate of St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, T. J. spent 13 years as an executive with Benson Management Company and the NFL New Orleans Saints, as well as with Time Warner Cable.
In 1998, T. J. founded his own public relations, marketing and advertising firm, Connolly Communication Strategies, LLC, to meet the needs for clients in a variety of industries ranging from banking, commercial real estate development, new home community developments to health care, just to name a few. It was through Connolly Communication Strategies that T. J. first began work as a consultant with the HollyHills Development on their commercial real estate ventures in San Antonio in 2005. That relationship grew and expanded to additional work with HollyHills at some of their other development projects.
After consulting with HollyHills Development for nearly a decade, T. J. officially joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2015.
