Daniel N. Bailey is the founder, President & CEO of HollyHills Development. As President & CEO, Dan focuses on the strategic direction of the company, including key real estate acquisitions and new development ventures.

Under his direction, HollyHills Development made key land acquisitions, including 522 acres of raw land directly adjacent to the $900 million Toyota Motor Manufacturing plant in San Antonio, Texas. Dan also led master-planning efforts, transforming raw land into vital additions to the community. Under his direction, the company was awarded the 2005 Best Industrial Development award for the South Port Business Park by the San Antonio Business Journal.

As HollyHills Development embarked on its 30th anniversary, Dan launched a new Mid-Century Modern new home construction program in Palm Springs, California, as well as a luxury apartment home project and boutique new track home development in Hanford, California. HollyHills Development plans to take this apartment and track home program to other Central California communities.

Dan has been a real estate entrepreneur since age eighteen, and has founded numerous successful real estate investment firms over his 45-year experience in the industry. Early in his career, Mr. Bailey operated a diversified real estate acquisition company with divisions focusing on residential sales, independent escrow, property management, trust deed collections, land subdivision and custom homebuilding across several states. To adapt to an evolving marketplace, Dan’s business shifted focus to acquiring and rehabilitating single family homes, apartment buildings and commercial property.

As the real estate market once again turned, Dan focused his efforts on raw land acquisition, entitlement, rezoning and master planning urban development projects.

Dan has proven visionary expertise in master planning, and has master planned mixed-use communities, including both low and high density residential, light commercial, big box commercial, and industrial use.

Currently, Dan is focusing on a Mid-Century Modern new custom home development project in Palm Springs, California, as well as a luxury apartment home project and boutique new track home venture in Hanford, Armona, Visalia, Calimesa, Lincoln, and Menifee, California, which he plans to replicate and expand into other Central California mid-size communities.
