“I’ve been a longtime believer in the Hanford market. We have developed commercial properties in Hanford in past years, and we continue to believe in the strength of the local Hanford economy and sound City leadership,” Bailey stated.
Bailey went on to note the consistent job growth that Kings County, the County encompassing Hanford, California, has enjoyed over the past five years. “The surrounding military bases in the region has continued to expand adding thousands of new jobs. This, coupled with the strong local economy creates an ongoing need for additional multi-family housing,” Bailey added.
Located in Hanford, California, just 35-miles south of Fresno, California, Phase One of the yet-to-be-named project will feature 100 luxury apartment homes. The apartments will enjoy unique floor plans, beautiful interior finishes and each apartment will be solar energy supported. Phase II of the development will debut an additional 168 luxurious apartment homes on an adjacent parcel of 7.7 acres of land.
